Our Registered Manager, Gladys Carthy, RMN, NVQ Level 5 Registered Manager, brings over 30 years of clinical experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse to Care Wisdom Services Ltd. Key responsibilities include:
Proactively overseeing care plan development, regular clinical reviews, and risk assessments.
Conducting spot checks and gathering ongoing feedback from clients and families.
Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations, health and safety protocols, and safeguarding policies.
Leading our training program, keeping staff up to date on the latest dementia, mental health, and palliative care best practices.
